Efficiency is an important aspect of meeting and exceeding client expectations. We constantly train staff on the most efficient ways to do their jobs and invest in software and tools that will help everyone do their jobs better.

ACCOUNTABILITY AND GROWTH
Many of the leaders within the firm were all grown from within. Remembering our roots means focusing on promotion from within and defining a path that others can follow. We have an accountability chart defining the expectations of each role allowing all to see and know the expectations. Everyone has an opportunity to distinguish themselves - how high you wish to climb is dependent on you!
We are also an approved training office and have CPA approved mentors that take candidates employed by the firm. We also seek to give a good breath as well as depth in your practical experience to allow you to grow into a dynamic and multifaceted professional.
We regularly conduct internal training sessions and reimburse team members for approved training programs. When courses are taken, we also provide the opportunity for those who have taken the course to present summary materials to the rest of the team to allow knowledge to be shared so we all grow!
